The brief
A fictional solo project focused on designing a physical music product that seamlessly integrates both digital and analog interfaces, with a unique twist—your voice serves as an interactive assistant.

Solution
Inspired by Teenage Engineering, I designed a loop station that allows users to record vocal melodies and transform them into any instrument they choose. This enables anyone to create music effortlessly—no need for instrumental skills or experience with music production software.

Process
Throughout the process, I prioritized building a flexible design system with variables and a component library. This approach allowed me to easily implement different color modes, adjust element appearances, and reuse components efficiently.
My goal was to merge an existing design system (iOS 18) with my own aesthetic, creating a seamless and intuitive experience.
To ensure accessibility and ease of use—especially for those with no prior experience in music production—I did UX testing to make sure the product was easy to understand and that it passed the WCAG standards.

The brief
A collaborative project with Henric Gustavsson, where we partnered with Chalmers Ventures to develop a visual identity for Vyse Tech.

Solution
We had creative freedom in developing Vyse Tech’s visual identity—a company specializing in water heating. With this in mind, we selected a color palette that visually represents the meeting of cold and warm water, creating a dynamic look.
For the logo, we designed a flowing water-inspired symbol that can stand alone, be combined with text, or used as a pattern to strengthen brand recognition.
To ensure accessibility and a modern digital apperance, we chose Open Sans as the primary typeface. As an open-source font, it is both web-friendly and highly readable, making it a perfect fit for Vyse Tech’s brand identity.

Process
My role in the project involved structuring and organizing the branding materials we created into comprehensive brand guidelines. This included defining typography hierarchy, logo sizing, and color usage to ensure consistency across all brand communications.
The process involved several meetings with the client to make sure they were involved in the decisions made and felt happy with the results all along they way of making it. For example, we started off by creating a mood board and three custom made style scapes that would lead us to understanding which direction the client wanted the branding to take.
